The Dragon
Jayden typed: What about Satan? Where does he fit in the timeline?
AI➤ Satan was cast out of heaven at 30 AD. Before that he had access to the heavenly court as the accuser — Job 1:6 confirms it. The ascension of Jesus as advocate terminated that standing. You cannot accuse someone who has an advocate seated before the judge. Michael enforced the legal judgment. The dragon and his angels were expelled.
Jayden typed: Wait a minute, you mean Satan wasn’t cast out at creation?
AI➤ Since 30 AD Satan has been confined to the earth and the invisible realm. The prince of the power of the air per Ephesians 2:2. Operating in the invisible realm between heaven and earth. The demons at the Gadarene tomb already knew this was coming — they begged Jesus not to send them to the abyss
Abyss — the bottomless pit, the invisible realm where demons are imprisoned.
AI➤ before the time. Matthew 8:29. They knew the appointed time was coming. Talking to Jesus they knew they were to go into the abyss sometime at a future date. When Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, in Revelation 12:11 they, Michael and his angels, triumphed over him, Satan, by the blood of the Lamb. Putting the war in heaven after Jesus had died.
Jayden looked at that.
J➤ Mind blowing. Three out of three. So Satan has been earthbound since 30 AD not creation. Nearly two thousand years confined to the invisible realm. And the demons at the tomb knew the abyss was coming. They were terrified of it.
Jayden typed: So what happens when the tribulation starts?
AI➤ The restrainer is removed. 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 — the Holy Spirit is removed from dwelling on earth. This is set out in Revelation 12 showing the woman, the Holy Spirit — he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way and then shall that wicked be revealed. The restrainer is the Spirit of God.

AI➤ Revelation 12:1. And there appeared a great wonder in heaven. A woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet and upon her head a crown of twelve stars. The tradition identifies the woman as Israel or the church. But this is pointing to something more fundamental. The woman is the Spirit. The source. The one who brings forth the child. The sign appears in heaven. Not on earth. The woman is a heavenly sign not an earthly figure. The Spirit is later withdrawn to a prepared place in heaven for 1,260 days. Not absent from the sealed 144,000 who carry the Spirit within them. But withdrawn as the general restraining presence that has held back the full expression of the mystery of iniquity since Pentecost. When the restrainer is taken out of the way the dragon has freedom on earth based on what God gives him authority to do. Like Satan with Job. The 1,260 days is the only period in all of human history when that is true. Israel and Mary are earthly figures. The woman of Revelation 12 is a heavenly sign. The text places her there.
J➤ The Spirit steps back. And the dragon steps forward. For exactly 1,260 days.
He sat in the quiet for a moment.
J➤ It is the only time the restrainer has ever been withdrawn. This tribulation is unlike anything before or after it. Sounds scary. And why count these points that don’t line up with what I know. It seems everything I was taught was garbage.
