The New World
Jayden typed: What does the new creation look like?
AI➤ A new heaven and a new earth. The former things passed away. The holy city New Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven. The bride is the city not the church. Revelation 21:9-10 — the angel says come I will show you the bride the Lamb’s wife. He then shows the New Jerusalem. Not the church. Not the people in every church that ever was. A city. The bride was the city. The church are the guests — called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Invited. Blessed. But guests not the bride.
AI➤ The trees of life are there. Those who eat of them will have everlasting life — for without them man would die. This is the reason Adam had to leave the garden. Genesis 3:22 — lest he reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat and live forever in a sinful condition. God could not allow sinful man to eat of the tree of life. The tree of life returns in the new earth because sin is finally gone. The condition that made it dangerous no longer exists.
Jayden sat back for a long time.

J➤ And the tree of life. That’s interesting. Adam had to leave the garden because of it. Not just as punishment. But because God could not allow sinful man to eat it and live forever. The tree returns now sin is gone. The whole thing adds up.
He looked at the time. It was afternoon. He had been at this since before the world woke up.
